Dina H. Triyoso

Dina H. Triyoso (M'04–SM'06) received the Ph.D. degree in chemical engineering from Texas A&M University, College Station, in 2000. After a year of postdoctoral position, she joined Motorola SPS (which was later spun off as Freescale Semiconductor Inc., Austin, TX), where she conducted advanced research on high-$k$ dielectrics. She is currently a Member of Technical Staff with Freescale Semiconductor Inc. She has more than 50 publications. She is the holder of eight U.S. patents. Her research interests include process, material characterization, and integration of high-$k$ dielectrics for various semiconductor applications. Dr. Triyoso is currently the Chair of the IEEE Electron Device Society for the Central Texas Chapter.
