My laboratory seeks to understand the molecular control of hematopoietic processes and how they are dysregulated in disease. We have three major interests. 1) Regulation of gamma-delta T lineage commitment and development; 2) control of hematopoeisis and leukemogenesis by the regulatory functions of ribosomal proteins; and 3) identification of causative mutations in immunodeficiency using zebrafish as a discovery platform.
