Dale Pontius

Dale E. Pontius received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, OH, in 1978. In 1978, he joined IBM Microelectronics Division, Essex Junction, VT, where he first worked in memory test engineering. He later was involved as a developer in NMOS and CMOS DRAM product design, and embedded DRAM macro design. He is currently a Senior Engineer in IBM's Advanced Memory Design organization working on the development of embedded DRAM macros for IBM's ASIC offerings.
