C. Apetrei

Constantin Apetrei was born in Falticeni, Romania, in 1975. He received the B.Sc. degree in chemistry from the University “Al. I. Cuza” of Iasi, Romania, in 1997, and the Ph.D. degree from the “Dunărea de Jos” University of Galaţi, Romania, in 2007. He is presently a Full Professor with the Department of Chemistry, Physics and Environment, Faculty of Sciences and Environment, “Dunărea de Jos” University of Galaţi. He is the co-author of over 55 papers in peer-reviewed journals and 10 book chapters. His current field of research interests is related to the development of electrochemical sensors and biosensors for the analysis of foods and beverages. He was the editor of two monographs.
