Christopher Parks

Christopher Parks received the Sc.B. degree in chemistry from Brown University, Providence, RI, in 1978, and the Ph.D. degree in physical chemistry from University of California, Berkeley, in 1983. Since graduating, he has worked at IBM on physical characterization of computer chips, in particular with secondary ion mass sprectrometry, and has published over 40 papers. He has worked extensively with copper plated films as well as tin joining.
