Christine Raynaud

Dr. Christine Delgado Raynaud has integrated the Institut National Polytechnique de Toulouse in 2000 and is the Director of CATAR, the technological transfer Centre on the application and the treatments of bioresources based in LCA-UMR1010-INRA/Toulouse INP, France since 2011. She developed her PhD degree in 1993 at the Institut National Polytechnique de Toulouse (INPT) in the field of Analytical Chemistry of biomolecules. Then, she worked in aroma industry as scientist, before joining as senior researcher fellow in flavour chemistry, the Sensory Science Research Group within the Department of Nutrition at the Food Science and Technology faculty, University College Cork, Ireland (1998-1999). Dr. Christine Delgado Raynaud has over 25 years of experience in the field of biorefinery, she is specialized in transfer technology applied to biomass revalorization and green chemistry approaches. Dr. Christine Delgado Raynaud is author in more than 60 scientific research papers and a manuscript reviewer for several peer-reviewed scientific international journals. She has supervised more than 10 PhD thesis and has a substantial experience in national and international research projects. She is member of the executive committee of the LCA/Toulouse-INP and of the steering committee of the Institut Carnot 3BCAR. Regarding scientific interests, Dr. Christine Delgado Raynaud is strongly involved with her team in the acquisition of knowledge in the field of agro-resources fractionation and analytical chemistry of plant-derived secondary metabolites such as key aroma compounds.
