Chen-Guang Liao

Chenguang Liao received the B.S. degree in electronic science and technology from the Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Beijing, China, in 2004, and the M.S. degree in materials science from Xidian University, Xi’an, China, in 2011, where he is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree. His current research interests include the computational electromagnetics and characterization for 3-D ICs.
