Carmit Ziv is a researcher and a group leader at the Department of Postharvest Science, Agricultural Research Organization (ARO), Volcani Cenrter. Her research group is combining clasical Microbiology and Cell Biology techniques with Molecular Biology and metabolomics approached to study the the role of lipids in cold adaptation of phytopathogenic fungi and host response during cold storage of fruits and vegetables.
