Anderson N. Barbosa

Bachelor in Biotechnology from the Federal University of Amazonas (UFAM/2015) with a direct PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the State University of Amazonas (UEA/2019). Currently, in a postdoctoral position at the National Institute of Amazonian Research (INPA/2022) linked to the project "Corona-ômica - National Network of COVID-19 Genomes, Exomes and Transcriptomes for Identification of Factors Associated with Epidemic Dissemination and Severity." Has experience in molecular biology (nucleic acid extraction, PCR, and electrophoresis), analysis of metagenomic data from shotgun sequencing (taxonomic, functional, and diversity analysis), analysis of epidemiological data (risk factors associated with viral diseases), and programming languages (R and Python) applied to data analysis.
