个人简介
Alvin J. Joseph (SM'03) received the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in EE from Auburn University in 1992 and 1997, respectively.
In 1997, he joined IBM Microelectronics Division. At IBM, he has been involved in the process integration and device design of SiGe BiCMOS technologies. Under his leadership, IBM's leading edge SiGe BiCMOS technologies 0.18 $\mu$m/120 GHz and 0.13 $\mu$m/200 GHz have been in production. He is currently a senior technical staff in the RF, Analog and Mixed-Signal Technologies. He led to develop IBM's PA optimized 0.35 $\mu$m SiGe BiCMOS with TSV and a switch optimized 0.18 $\mu$m SOI RFCMOS. He received two IBM corporate awards. He authored and co-authored over 100 papers. He has 62 patents issued.
Dr. Joseph was the General Chair for the 2011 IEEE BCTM.
