Bio

Romain Brenot was born in L'Hay-Les-Roses, France. He received the Ph.D. degree from Ecole Polytechnique, Palaiseau, France, in 2000, for works on transport properties of microcrystalline silicon. He is currently with III-V Lab, Palaiseau, working on the design of active optoelectronic devices, within national and European projects. His main research interests include photonic integration and next-generation access devices.
