Adilson S. Cardoso (S’03–M’14) received the Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, GA, USA, in 2014. He is currently a Research Engineer II with Georgia Tech Research Institute, where his research has focused on the development, test, and evaluation of RF and microwave hardware for various radar and advanced electronic warfare systems. He has authored/co-authored over 20 publications. His research interest has focused on the field of design, simulation, and DC-to-RF characterization of transistors, analog and mixed-signal RF circuits with an emphasis on extreme environments applications. Dr. Cardoso was a recipient of the 2008 Texas Instruments Analog Fellowship, the 2009 GEM Consortium Ph.D. Fellowship, and the 2011 National Science Foundation Honorable Mention Awardee.
