David Sze Wai Choong

David Sze Wai Choong received the B.Eng. (Hons.) degree from the National University of Singapore, Singapore, in 2015. He proceeded to work in the semiconductor manufacturing industry for two years before joining the Institute of Microelectronics (IME), A*STAR, Singapore, in 2017. He has spent three years in the MedTech Department working on miniaturized medical devices on silicon for catheter integration and on flexible electronics and sensor integration for biomedical applications. He is currently working with the Sensors, Actuators and Microsystems (SAM) Department and Acoustics Group to further research MEMs PMUT devices in terms of performance testing, data analysis, and prototyping applications.
