His research has focused on multilevel approach to innovation implementation in organizations, team processes and effectiveness, individual and team creativity, and organizational citizenship behavior. His research has appeared in numerous journals including the Journal of Applied Psychology, the Journal of Organizational Behavior, the Journal of International Business Studies, and the Journal of Management Studies. He is currently an Associate Editor of the Journal of Organizational Behavior and Group & Organization Management, and formerly an Associate Editor of the Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology.
