摘要

•Repeated infusion of Hexamoll® DINCH® for 4 weeks did not result in systemic toxicity.•300mg/kg bw/day, the highest dose level that could be tested was identified as NOAEL.•Effects seen are most likely related to exceeding intravasal solubility of the test substance.•Study supports the risk-/benefit assessment for Hexamoll® DINCH® based medical devices.
