研究方向:
土壤-植物-微生物三者的互作关系对于植物生长及健康有着极其重要的决定性作用。抑病型土壤是土壤中病原菌不能定殖,或能定殖但危害很小或没有危害,或者能定殖并一时造成危害并随后即使在病原菌存在的情况下发病也很轻的土壤。目前,已在世界范围内多种作物种植体系中证实抑病型土壤的存在,是土壤-植物-微生物三者良好互作关系的典型案例,其微生物特征解析及调控对于作物土传病害的防控有着重要的理论指导意义。本人主要研究兴趣为:1)抑病型土壤微生物区系(细菌、真菌、线虫、原生动物等)的组成、功能特征及装配机制;2)基于土壤微生物区系调控的抑病型土壤构建及其抵御土传病原菌侵染的机制;3)抑病型土壤微生物对植物内生菌群装配的影响及作用机制。
