Zhonghua Li(李忠华)

Zhonghua Li received the Ph.D. degree in high voltage and electrical insulation from Xi’an Jiaotong University, Xi’an, China, in 1997. Since 2001, he has been a Professor with the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Harbin University of Science and Technology, Harbin, China. His research interests include the basis theory and measurement technique of nonlinear insulating materials, the online monitoring, and electrical insulation diagnosis.
