Zhi Zhou

Zhi Zhou (S'08) received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Purdue University, West Lafayette, in 2013, the M.S. degree in electrical and computer engineering from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis, Indianapolis, IN, USA, in 2008, and the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from the Beijing University of Technology, Beijing, China, in 2005. He is currently a Scientist with the Allen Institute for Brain Science. His research interests include image processing, biometrics, image analysis, pattern recognition, data mining, machine learning, and data visualization of large volume of 3-D biological imaging data. Dr. Zhou received the Best Paper Award in the IEEE Workshop on Computational Intelligence in Biometrics: Theory, Algorithms, and Applications in 2009.
