Yves Giguère

Yves Giguère received the M.D. degree from McGill University, Montreal, QC, Canada, in 1991, and the Medical Biochemistry specialty certification in 1996 from Université Laval. He received the Ph.D. degree in human genetics from Université Laval, Quebec City, QC, Canada, in 2002. Currently, he is an Associate Professor at the Department of Molecular Biology, Medical Biochemistry and Pathology of Université Laval, Senior Clinical Research Scholar from the Fonds de la Recherche en Santé du Québec, and Medical Biochemist at the Centre Hospitalier Universitaire de Québec, Quebec City. His main research interests are focused on the development of multivariate predictive models for the identification of at-risk patients in various multifactorial disorders. Dr. Giguère is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
