Pain science has gripped my intellectual curiosity still during my bachelor’s degree (Dentistry). Since then, I have developed my abilities as a clinical orofacial pain investigator in different graduate programs and institutions. I completed my MSc. in 2011 and my Ph.D. in 2016 at Bauru Dental School, University of Sao Paulo. Part of my Ph.D. was done at the Department of Dentistry, Aarhus University where I also completed two post-doc fellows - 2018 and 2021. I started my activities as an assistant professor in September 2018 at Piracicaba Dental School, University of Campinas. I'm currently doing a Master of Headache Disorders at Copenhagen University.
