Yoshimi Yamashita

Yoshimi Yamashita received the Diploma from Takayama Technical High School, Takayama, Japan, in 1974. In 1974, he joined Fujitsu Laboratories Ltd., where he worked on semiconductor processing. From 2006 to 2008, he was with the new transistor structure group in the Millennium Research for Advanced Information Technology (MIRAI) Project, where he studied Ge MIS transistors. In April 2008, he temporarily moved to the National Institute of Information and Communications Technology, Koganei, Japan. Mr. Yamashita is a member of the Japan Society of Applied Physics.
