个人简介
I'm currently working on tomato fruit development and quality traits, e.g. fruit set, internal tissue development, and accumulation of taste molecules, using multi-omics (genomics, transcriptomics, epigenomics etc.), systems biology, and genome editing.
Results of the previous project focused on high-resolution spatiotemporal transcriptome in tomato fruit (Shinozaki et al., 2018 Nature Communications) have been integrated into "Tomato Expression Atlas" (http://tea.solgenomics.net).
