个人简介
Yongha Hwang received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from Korea University, Seoul, Korea, in 2004 and 2006, respectively. His graduate work involved enhancement of microelectromechanical resonators, particularly the investigation of electrostatic micromirror arrays to reduce their driving power. He has been working toward the Ph.D. degree in the Electrical Engineering Department, University of California at Los Angeles, since 2008.
He was a Research Engineer on the Process Architecture team from 2006 to 2007 at the Semiconductor Division of Samsung Electronics in Korea, where he participated in developing the NAND flash memory. His research interests involve MEMS/NEMS sensors and actuators for chemical/biological applications and micro/nanoscale fabrication technology development. Particularly, his current research focuses on MEMS resonator and energy dissipation.
