Yingjie Liu

Yingjie Liu (Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree in resources environment and the management of urban and rural planning from Qingdao University of Technology, Qingdao, China, in 2013, the Ph.D. degree in geography information system from the Ocean University of China, Qingdao, in 2019, and the joint Ph.D. degree in physical oceanography from the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution, Falmouth, MA, USA, in 2019. In 2019, she joined the Institute of Oceanology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Qingdao, China, where she is currently an Assistant Researcher. Her research interests include satellite oceanography and the application of artificial intelligence in mesoscale eddies.
