Yang Chen

Yang Chen (Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree from Henan Polytechnic University, Henan, China, in 2010, the M.S. degree from Chongqing University, Chongqing, China, in 2013 and the Ph.D. degree in industrial engineering & operation research from the University of Illinois, Chicago, IL, USA, in 2018. He is currently an Associate R&D Staff with the Environmental Sciences Division, Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Oak Ridge, TN, USA. His research interests include local energy market, smart building operation, hydropower, marine & hydrokinetic energy.
