Xuan-Min Shao

Xuan-Min Shao received the B.S. degree from Peking University, Beijing, China, in 1984, the M.S. degree from the Lanzhou Institute of Plateau Atmospheric Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Lanzhou, in 1987, both in atmospheric physics, and the Ph.D. degree in physics from New Mexico Tech, Socorro, in 1993. He has been working at Los Alamos National Laboratory, Los Alamos, NM, since 1994. His recent research interests include lightning physics and measurement techniques, natural and man-made electromagnetic propagation, radio signal propagation, radio-frequency (RF) antenna, interferometry, radar techniques, and ground and space-based RF remote sensing.
