1959年8月生于江苏省扬中市,从事表面化学、金属催化材料以及多孔材料等相关的催化基础研究和应用开发工作。工作重点集中在金属催化剂的表面化学、纳米催化理论,多孔材料的合成、表征,在催化中的应用研究和采用原位、动态方法观察在反应过程中,金属催化剂表面在时间和空间坐标下发生的结构自组合效应以及由此导致的非线性表面反应动力学特征等
