Xingya Liu (Member, IEEE) received the B.E. degree in electrical and electronics engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China, in 2010, the M.S. degree in electrical and computer engineering from Pennsylvania State University, State College, PA, USA, in 2012, and the Ph.D. degree in computer engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Charlotte, NC, USA, in 2017. Since 2023, he has been an Associate Professor with the Department of Computer Science, Lamar University, Beaumont, TX, USA. His current research interests include protocol design, modeling, and analysis of spectrum access, edge and fog computing, and security in next-generation networks.
