Xingxu Yan

Xingxu Yan currently works at University of California–Irvine. His research interests focus on the state-of-the-art monochromated electron energy-loss spectroscopy (EELS) in the aberration-corrected scanning transmission electron microscope (STEM) and exploring the exotic vibrational and electronic states confined at defects in diverse emerging materials and heterostructures.
