罗小虎,男,江西吉安人。2010年9月-至今,一直从事粮食中主要真菌毒素快速消减技术方面的理论与应用研究,先后主持国家自然科学基金青年基金,参与国家自然科学基金面上基金,公益性行业(农业)、(粮食)科研专项等多项国家、省部级课题,并先后在《Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry》、《Bioresource Technology》、《Food Control》、《Food Additives and Contaminants Part A-Chemistry Analysis Control Exposure & Risk Assessment》和《Journal of the Science of Food and Agriculture》、《中国粮油学报》、《食品科学》等期刊上发表论文20余篇。
