Xiaobing Liu(刘小兵)

Xiaobing Liu was born in Sichuan, China in 1965. He received the B.Sc. degree in hydraulic power engineering, from Xihua University, China in 1985, and Ph.D. in hydraulic power engineering, from Huazhong University of science and technology, China in 1995. Now he is the dean, professor of the school of energy and environment in Xihua University, expert receiving the special government allowance of the state council, candidate of academic and technical leaders in Sichuan province. More than 150 papers were published.
