中组部国家“千人计划”专家, 中科院“海外评审专家, 1988年至1996年,法国国家科研中心研究员,1996年10月至2002年7月,创立法国VERTEX公司,任董事长兼总经理。公司专门从事低成本红外光学材料的研究和开发。同时担任欧洲及法国特种红外光学材料研究和开发的几个大合作项目的总负责人。2003年起为法国国家科研中心主任研究员(CNRS), 2010年3月起 任法国雷恩大学玻璃和陶瓷实验室主任. 【讲座信息】 相较于电磁波谱,可见光是一个非常狭窄的区域。红外光与可见光类似,具有较长的波长和较低的能量。红外技术将红外光运用到诸多领域,例如热成像、化学和生物分析等。本次讲座将就其最重要的应用进行展示和讨论。 红外光探测所需的探测器和光学系统与可见光探测系统极为不同。红外光能量较低,其探测器阵列的制作极具挑战性。冷却探测器和非冷却探测器两种技术被应用在不同情境,本次讲座将对其进行介绍和比较。 传统的基于氧化玻璃的光学系统在中红外区是完全不透明的,不能用于热成像。目前,极少数材料在热成像首选窗口——8~12微米的第二个大气窗口中是透明的。本次讲座将对其进行介绍和比较。 " Visible light, light that can be seen by human eyes, is a very narrow region of the extremely large electromagnetic spectrum. Infrared light, the light below red, is radiation similar to visible light with however longer wavelength and therefore lower energy. Infrared technology exploits this light for a widely range of applications such as thermal imaging, chemical and biologic analysis. The most important applications will be presented and discussed. The detection of infrared light necessitate appropriate detector and optical system that are very different from the components used in visible system. The fabrication of infrared detector arrays is quite challenging due to the low energy of the light to be detected. Two technologies, the cooled detectors and the uncooled detectors, have been developed for different applications. These two technologies will be presented and compared. Conventional optical system based on oxide glasses is completely opaque in the middle infrared region and cannot be used for thermal imaging. Very few materials are transparent in the 2nd atmospheric window of 8-12 µm, the preferred window for thermal imaging. These materials will be presented and compared. "
