Wu Tong

Tong Wu received the B.S. degree from Shandong University, Jinan, China, in 1996 and the M.S. degree from National Institute of Metrology, Beijing, China, in 2002. He is currently an Associate Researcher and the Deputy Director of the Radio Department, National Institute of Metrology, Beijing, China, EMC Certification Center, Bioenergy and Environment Research Institute, New Energy and Environment Research Institute, and Information and Electronics Institute. He served as the Secretary of the National Technical Working Group for standardization of assessment methods in the fields of electricity, magnetism, and electromagnetism.
