Won-Young Lee received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), South Korea, in 2006, 2008, and 2012, respectively.
He joined Samsung Electronics, Hwaseong, South Korea, in 2012, where he was involved in the design of LPDDR3/4 and the standardization of LPDDR5. Since 2015, he has been with the Seoul National University of Science Technology (Seoultech), where he is currently an Associate Professor with the Department of Electronic and IT Media Engineering. His research interests include clock generation, signal/power integrity, high-speed analog-to-digital converters, and next-generation memory and display interfaces.
