Wei-Yu Tsai

Wei-Yu Tsai received the B.S. degree in electrical and control engineering from National Chiao Tung University, Taiwan, in 2009, and the M.S. degree in electrical engineering from National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan, in 2011. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, The Pennsylvania State University, USA. His current research interests include nonBoolean computing, such as neural networks and coupled oscillators, and the full-custom integrated circuit designs in CMOS and emerging devices such as III-V Heterojunction Tunnel FET.
