Weihua Liu

Weihua Liu received the Ph.D. degree in information and communication engineering from Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xi’an, China, in 2014. From 2011 to 2013, he was a Visiting Scholar with the Vision-Learning-Mining Research Laboratory, University of Texas at Arlington, Arlington, TX, USA. From 2014 to 2016, he was an Assistant Researcher with the Xi’an Institute of Optics and Precision Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China. From 2016-2020, he was a Research Fellow with the Laboratory of Intelligent Image Processing, Orbbec Company, Shenzhen, China. He is currently an associate professor with the Shaanxi Joint Laboratory of Artificial Intelligence, Shaanxi University of Science and Technology, and also a Research Fellow with the Laboratory of Intelligent Image Processing, Orbbec Company. His research interests include image processing, machine learning, and computer vision.
