Bio

Wei Quan received the master’s degree in micro- and nanosystems from the Mechanical Engineering Department, ETH Zurich (ETHz), Zurich, Switzerland, in 2012. She is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the Millimeterwave-Electronics Group, ETHz. Her current interests include the design, process development, fabrication, and characterization of THz InP/GaAsSb-based double heterojuction bipolar transistors and MMIC circuits.
