个人简介
My main project is investigation of the relationship of spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) determining factor, survival of motor neuron (SMN), with pluripotency and cell stemness in mouse. Various cell models, including ESCs, neuronal cells, spermatogonium and transgenic animal model were used in this project. I also established several human induced pluripotent stem cell (hiPSC) lines from infertile female and male patients from clinics to investigate its potency for germ cell differentiation.
