The scientific concerns have been directed towards biotechnological research on the characterization, selection, identification, use of probiotic lactic acid bacteria in functional foods based on vegetal matrices. I approached modern techniques and methods of analysis such as confocal microscopy, microencapsulation, PCR, genetic recombination, skills acquired in numerous international training courses organized by prestigious worldwide universities and institutes.
