Victor C. M. Leung

Victor C. M. Leung (Life Fellow, IEEE) is currently a Distinguished Professor of computer science and software engineering with Shenzhen University, Shenzhen, China. He is also an Emeritus Professor of electrical and computer engineering and the Director of the Laboratory for Wireless Networks and Mobile Systems, The University of British Columbia, Vancouver, BC, Canada. His research interests include wireless networks and mobile systems.
