Victor Hugo Aquino

Dr. Victor Hugo Aquino is a Researcher at the Immunology Department, Research Institute for Health Sciences, National University of Asuncion (UNA), Paraguay. He is a former Associate Professor at the Department of Clinical Analysis, Toxicology, and Food Sciences of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences of Ribeirao Preto, University of Sao Paulo (FPSRP-USP), Brazil. Dr. Aquino graduated from the National University of Asuncion, Paraguay, in 1990. He obtained his doctoral degree in Basic and Applied Immunology from the Medical School of Ribeirao Preto, University of Sao Paulo, in 2002. He has published articles on virus of medical interest addressing several topics such as diagnosis, molecular epidemiology, antiviral drugs, and animal models.
