Vicky Albert-Seifried

Dr. Vicky Albert-Seifried is a senior researcher in the 'Climate-Neutral Cities and Districts' Group of Fraunhofer Institute for Solar Energy Systems (ISE) in Germany. She manages projects and activities in the field of sustainable energy planning, low-carbon energy technologies and smart cities. Dr. Albert-Seifried is the Chair of the COST Action 'Positive Energy Districts European Network’, Subtask Leader of the IEA Annex 83 on Positive Energy Districts and Strategy Module Coordinator of the Work Programme on Positive Energy Districts of the European Energy Research Alliance Joint Programme Smart Cities (EERA JPSC).
