Vibhuti Patel is pursuing a doctoral in Psychology at the University of Sheffield. Her research focuses on environmental and social psychology, specifically looking at ways to nudge consumers towards more healthy and sustainable reduced-meat diets using social norms.
She recently authored an article about Food Ethics, which was published in Springer's Encyclopedia of the SDGs. She has also worked in projects relating to food waste, energy cultures, and sustainability.
Her other research interests include ecology, environmental worldviews, environmental justice, environmental communication and education, and human-animal relations.
