*Structure and regulation of protein phosphatase 2A (PP2A) in physiological and pathological conditions. *Signaling functions of PP2A in cancer cells, and in brain. In cancer, our focus is on the tumor suppressive role and biomarker potential of PP2A in uterine cancer, lung cancer, liver cancer, head/neck tumors, glioblastoma and mesothelioma.
