My actual focus of interest is the clinical assessment of gait initiation failure in patients with Parkinson's disease. We have developed a new rating instrument, which lets us evaluate fast effects on freezing of gait. I am also interested in Botulinum toxin, and here especially in injection technique using ultrasonography, and the recruitment of new BoNT users for the German Arbeitskreis.
