个人简介
Dr.Ľudovít Lipták has great work experience in the field of radiation protection and nuclear emergency preparedness as a member of the research team of ABmerit and also in the position of principal investigator/leader responsible for coordinating the multidisciplinary team of ABmerit. He graduated in theoretical and mathematical physics at the Comenius University, Bratislava, in 2005. Then he obtained PhD in nuclear and subnuclear physics at the Institute of Physics of the Slovak Academy of Sciences, Bratislava. During the PhD study he stayed as an intern at the University of Graz, Austria. The Vaclav Votruba Prize for the best doctoral thesis in theoretical physics in 2009, established by the Doppler Institute for mathematical physics and applied mathematics in Prague, was awarded for Mr. Lipták’s PhD thesis with the title “Aspects of thermodynamics and confinement in the lattice formulation of QCD”. During his studies, he published 4 articles in scientific articles (CC journals). After study he got a post-doc position at the University of Graz.
He is experienced user of many programs and codes used in the field of radiation and dosimetry for example he is licensed user of the program MCNP5/MCNPX. In 2011 he attended the "Intermediate Training Course of MCNP5/MCNPX" at Imperial College in London. He is focused mainly:
a) on MCNP calculations of conversion factors for various processes during release (e.g. detector responses) used in the programs ESTE and calculations for qualification study and determination of radiation endurance parameters for equipment in Temelin NPP. He is also licensed user of the program packages Scale 6 and RELAP 5 and is experienced in use of PC Cosyma and Microshield.
b) Dispersion processes in the atmosphere (urban environment) and in the aquatic environment (freshwater and marine environment).
Dr. Ľudovít Lipták is leading member of the ABmerit research team of architects and developers of the code ESTE (Emergency Source Term Evaluation Code), which is the group of programs for source term evaluation and calculation of radiological impacts in case of nuclear/radiological accident or also for impacts evaluation of NPP normal operational radiological effluents. He was participating on organization and performing the training of emergency response staff at the IEC and Crisis Center of the IAEA, Vienna also in development and creating algorithms of the programs ESTE. He is also participating of training organization and realization for emergency response staff at Slovak NPPs, at Crisis Center at State Office for Nuclear Safety in Czech Republic.
