Upendra Prasad

Upendra Prasad received the M.Sc. degree in physics from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, India, in 2000. He is currently working as a Scientific Officer-G and Head of Magnet System Division with the Institute for Plasma Research, Bhat, Gandhinagar, India. He has been working on physics and engineering aspects of superconducting magnets of SST-1 and magnet technology developments. His current interest is on high Tc, low Tc conductors and joints for fusion relevant magnets.
