Tze-Kiong Er

Tze-Kiong Er, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor in the Department of Medicine Laboratory and Biotechnology at Asia University, Taichung, Taiwan. Currently, he serves as the Director of Laboratory Medicine at Asia University Hospital. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Medicine Laboratory and Biotechnology from Kaohsiung Medical University, and he pursued his doctoral research in the pathogenesis of endometriosis from Kaohsiung Medical University. Dr Er is not only certified as an international technologist in molecular biology, MB (ASCPi) but he also serves as an editorial board member for Clinica Chimica Acta and reviewer for Clinical Laboratory. He has authored more than 65 peer-reviewed publications, and his research interests are focused on molecular diagnostics, cancer genetics, endometriosis, and laboratory medicine.
