个人简介

Ph.D in Molecular Biology and Bioinformatics. Throughout my academic journey, I successfully merged my interests for molecular sciences with my geek personal side, forging a combined career path in Bioinformatics. Currently, I’m focusing on the characterization of plant pathogens and pests, through Genomics and Comparative genomics, on Plant-pathogens interactions through RNA Seq analysis, on microbiome characterization through metabarcoding. My main playground is a GNU-Linux CLI with bio-tools.
