Tomoyuki Tanaka

Tomoyuki Tanaka received the B.S. degree in applied chemistry from Kansai University, Suita, Japan, in 1999, and the M.S. degree from the Department of Material and Life Science, Osaka University, Suita, in 2001. In 2008, he joined Renesas Technology Corporation, Kodaira, Japan, which is now Renesas Electronics Corporation. He has been working on the development of RF, high-speed interface circuits, and mixed-signal integrated circuits. Dr. Tanaka is a member of the IEICE.
